1. The service

Questkins is a family learning app. Accounts are created and managed by a parent or legal guardian; child accounts exist only within a parent's account. You are responsible for activity under your family's accounts.

2. Subscriptions

New accounts include a 30-day free trial of all features. After the trial, the free plan continues with a limited feature set, and Premium is available as a paid subscription billed through Stripe. You can cancel anytime from the billing portal; access continues through the end of the paid period.

3. Points and prizes

Points and prizes are defined and fulfilled by the parent, not by Questkins. We provide the bookkeeping; any real-world rewards are between you and your kids.

4. Acceptable use

Don't abuse the service, attempt to access other families' data, or use the AI features to generate content unrelated to learning. We may suspend accounts that do.

5. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is". AI-generated content and grading can make mistakes; nothing here is professional educational advice. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.
